Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington is a Greek American author syndicated columnist and businesswoman. She founded The Huffington Post, is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Thrive Global as well an writer of fifteen novels. Arianna Huffington, a non-profit liberal news site has a TV personality as well as a writer and charitable donor. Born in Greece she came to England in the year 16 after which she graduated from Cambridge University with an MA in Economics. It was her first time as a student non-UK to hold the office of the president of The Cambridge Union at the age of 21. Elli was the daughter of Konstantinos the journalist who also works as a management consultant. She was extremely close to her father. It was the relationship she had to her mother that formed her. Even during her formative period, she displayed the qualities of a leader for which are still in high demand. When she was 16, she began studying with Cambridge, United Kingdom at Girton College Cambridge. While in college she enrolled in the college debate group Cambridge Union where she became the third foreign, and first female president. In 1972she received the degree of Master in Economics.
